Warranty

Hero Hiker™ products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty shall be invalid if the product is damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or repair. Our composite nylon-carbon fiber guitars are not designed to be used with wound strings, steel strings, or hard-tension strings; if used, they are not covered by warranty. Strings with fillers, such as copper powder may also wear the frets over time. Any product found to be defective within the period will be repaired or replaced at the option of Hero Hiker™ without charge. Use the contact form for all warranty inquiries.

Hero Hiker™ frets are made with enhanced carbon fiber nylon for increased wear resistance. Like traditional frets, they will eventually show signs of wear dependent on the amount of play and playing style. The Hero Hiker™ guitar frets are not covered under this warranty.

To request a repair, please send an email to support@herohiker.com and explain the issue, including photos of the damaged area. We may send you replacement parts, ask you to mail it back to us for repair, or issue you a refund or replacement if it is determined to be a manufacturing defect.
